Ingredients

butter

tbsp
golden syrup

g
sugar
120
g
flour

g
rolled oats

g
desiccated coconut

baking powder
Instructions
Heat the oven to 160° C (325° F)
Melt butter and golden syrup together and add sugar to dissolve.
120 g butter,
1 tbsp golden syrup,
120 g sugar
Mix with flour, rolled oats. coconut and baking powder.
120 g flour,
120 g rolled oats,
120 g desiccated coconut,
1 tsp baking powder
Roll into small balls and flatten onto a greased oven tray.
Bake for 15 minutes
Turn onto a rack to cool and store in an airtight container.
