Ingredients

butter

baking powder

sultanas

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190c
Beat butter and sugar to a cream
50 g butter,
150 g sugar
Mix in eggs one by one
2 eggs
Sift in flour and baking powder and add sultanas
2 tsp baking powder,
200 g flour,
150 g sultanas
Drop small pieces onto a floured baking tray
Bake in a moderate oven until lightly golden
