Instructions
Cook the quinoa,salt and oil, in the water in a pot with a lid. Simmer very gently for ten minutes then turn the heat of and leave it for ten minutes.
1.5 Cups Quinoa,
2.25 Cups Water,
2 Tbsp Olive oil,
1 tsp salt
Put the quinoa in a large bowl and gently mix-in the remaining ingredients.

1 handful Dried currants,
1 handful Dried cranberries,
1 handful Pine nuts
